Typical Problems

Hearing Loss (Yet again). Failure to provide adequate hearing protection. Or hearing protection incompatible with radios and helmets.

Failure to provide adequate equipment. (Soft skinned “Snatch” Land Rovers). Body armour.

Failure to provide adequate training for the operational role demanded.

Post operations-Failing to provide adequate support or treatment as a result of PTSD

When to take legal advice.

Within three years of the injury occurring. Do not wait until you have been discharged.
