Contrary to what you may have been told, soldiers do NOT have to wait until you have been discharged before making a claim. Claims must be brought within three years of the accident occurring.
Making a claim will have no effect on your career prospects.

Even if you are no longer serving in the British Army, you may still be entitled to compensation
